Hear ye, Hear ye! 

The Harvest festival is for young and old, poor and rich! Everyone is welcome to the feast to celebrate the harvest!

Hildegard af Bure and fru Rana invite you to their inn Räven och Skatan, which is located in the middle of the famous world of Erborigien, in one of Wenheim's forests, namely Källflödesskogen between several small farms. When it's time to celebrate the fruit of the harvests around the area, the familiar call comes so that all villagers in the area know that the Harvest Festival is finally here! A three-day party with lots of singing, dancing, bathing in the sauna for those in need, offers to the gods as needed, but above all food in abundance, which everyone contributes.

Site fee

• Adult SCA members, full weekend, 300 SEK

• Adult Non-members, 350 SEK

• Youth (7-14 years) 100 SEK

• Small child (0-7 years) free

• Day fee for only Friday or Saturday 200 SEK

What is included in the price?

Food is included, Thursday evening coffee, Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and  side dishes for the harvest feast  potluck dinner on Saturday, evening coffee (Maybe even dessert if the kitchen has time) Sunday breakfast. Then there will be some coffee (Fika) from time to time, so there is plenty during the Harvest Festival. If you want something else to drink than the water offered in the inn, you can bring this. The Kitchen Stewards are Martina and Helena.

The Program

​

Check-in is at the earliest on Thursday at 6:00 PM or whenever you arrive, Contact Martina, Helena or Åsa.

The program is not completely finalized and will be updated, but we know that the sauna will be ready for all three days, the forge will be available for those who want to try it, and it looks like we can offer plant dyeing. Cozy lounging around fires and inside fantastic houses. As part of the LARP a sacrifice will take place where everyone who wants to has the opportunity to offer to the gods. This is a little of what will happen.

On site there is room for a lovely tent camp, but also sleeping places inside the houses. Keep in mind that these are not heated houses, but traditional timbered wooden houses. There is plenty of water from a well and cold springs. Toilets are in the form of outdoor toilets. Food will be served from the inn during the days. On Saturday evening everyone can bring something to the Harvest Festival potluck dinner, the inn will contribute side dishes. If you want something stronger than spring water to drink, you can bring it with you to the party as usual.

Check-out will be on Sunday after the event ends, which is expected to be around 12:00. After that, EVERYONE must check out and clean up their camps.

Registration

We welcome your registration! Please let us know if you will bring a tent or want to use a house, any allergies you may have, how long you are staying and if you are bringing anything for Saturday's potluck! Directions

The site is the Larp Village at Tällberg, Kåge, which you can find by entering 64.987562,20.822697 in Google Maps!

 

Or, here are detailed directions:

Take highway  E4, (north or south,  as needed) until you reach OSTVIK, twenty kilometers north of Skellefteå. It is a small village that is most noticeable because there is a large red bicycle bridge that crosses the E4 right there. At Ostvik, you should exit E4, and continue inland towards DRÄNGSMARK and STAVATRÄSK.

Drive past DRÄNGSMARK, and continue for another mile or so. Now you should be on a very long straight stretch, barely half a mile long, and which ends in a long uphill slope. At the end of this long uphill slope there is a small road to the right. This small road to the right comes about 500 meters after the crest of the hill and is a small gravel road. It is signposted with a white sign marked “Tällberg”.

Turn off onto the small gravel road to the right. If come to the small road with the white sign to KÄLLDAL, you have driven too far. Turn around and drive back, take the second gravel road to the left. The sign with “Tällberg” is, however,  less visible from the Källdal direction.

​

You are now on the gravel road towards Tällberg. Drive along it for two kilometers, turn right when you have passed a stream for the second time, it should be signposted there. It is just before you come to a collection of small red cottages, before the village of Tällberg, so you should turn off and continue on a forest road until you reach the three-way intersection where the LARP area begins. This intersection is recognizable by the road sign with a pointed birch hat on it. You're here!,

Parking is available at the three-way intersection and along the road, but as space is limited, carpooling is welcome.
